I am COMPLETELY, UNCONDITIONALLY taking me back.

It has been a long 6 months with a back injury. Now that it is better, I know realized HOW BAD it was.

I have been working hard on my mental health and self worth.

For me it wasn't realizing I was WORTHY of the life I want...it was that I DESERVE the life I want.

I have been running through a forrest dark shades and continuous voices telling me I do not deserve to live the life I want.

Then I realized.

Everything I have overcame.

Everything I have been through.

There has been ONE person who was there.

There was ONE person that made the difference.

There was ONE person that did not let me down.

THAT WAS ME!

I can create the life I want.

This is it!

July 15 I have an Adventures with Addison's Mini Vacation.

This is my deadline for physical progress.

Myself, my daughter and of course BRENNA are road tripping for two nights to see the 3 of 5 GREAT LAKES.

I need to be physically ready for this journey.

Only one way to get back my physical strength.

That is to get off my ass and get the job done.

I DESERVE TO HAVE THE LIFE THAT I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED.

Yesterday taking my SUPER POWERS back was teaching my 20:20 with Jill virtual class.

LOVE IT!

Day 2 of unconditional JILL LOVE started with YOGA.

Rain took us to the pavilion but the peaceful quiet and gentle fall of the rain was an amazing way to start the day.

I can already full the power coming back into my weaken'ed body.

Affirmation card today was "I CAN RELEASE THE PAST AND FORGIVE EVERYONE"

The hour quickly passed as we gentle flowed and breathed through our yoga poses listening and honouring the strength in our bodies to heal and move forward.

We left our mats starting the process of releasing the past and forgiving everyone (including ourselves).

We left our mats with these words and feeling the emotions of hope and peace.

"I FREE MYSELF AND EVERYONE IN MY LIFE FROM OLD PAST HURTS. THEY ARE FREE AND I AM FREE TO MOVE INTO NEW GLORIOUS EXPERIENCES"

Live the life you have always wanted.

Love yourself completely and unconditionally.

Release and forgive the past.

Get ready for new glorious experiences.
