How does it work?

1. Download the Zoom app on mobile or desktop (free)

2. Login and sign up for your virtual session on the schedule page. You will select your membership at check out to 'pay' for the session at no charge.

3. You’ll receive a Zoom link in your confirmation email and all the details you need.

4. You’ll also receive a reminder email 30 minutes prior to the start time.

5. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins. Simply go at your own pace.

Hi, I am “WARRIOR” Jill, the BIG PICKLE here at Chronically Fit Canada, and the host of THE PICKLE JAR PODCAST.

My mission is to share with you my over 18 years of professional knowledge in the fitness industry and my personal experience of living every day with a rare chronic illness, Addison's Disease.

My unique journey has positively revolutionized my life!

I truly know how important lifestyle is to maintain the quality of life and my motto is PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION. All my virtual sessions are about creating a positive, welcoming experience for all fitness levels. The key is success is consistency.
