Tuesdays 7 pm - Yoga with Jill (50 minutes)
Wednesdays 7:30 pm - Boot Camp with Jill (30 minutes)
Thursdays 8:30 am - Abs with Jill (20 minutes)
Saturdays 8:30 am - 20:20 with Jill (40 minutes)

1. Download the Zoom app on mobile or desktop (free)2. Login and sign up for your virtual session on the schedule page. You will select your membership at check to 'pay' for your session at no charge.3. You’ll receive a Zoom link in your confirmation email and all the details you need.4. You’ll also receive a reminder email 30 minutes prior to the start time.5. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins. Simply go at your own pace.
