30 minute Om-Believable YOGA WITH JILL is a gentle ZOOM YOGA practice to start your week in a positive and Om-BELIEVABLE WAY. Suited for all levels, including beginners. All you need is your yoga mat.
Every MONDAYS and FRIDAYS at 7:00 am EST.
This is a free class. No payment is expected or required. However, if you do want to leave a "TIP" or "BUY ME A JAR OF PICKLES" you can do so with a credit card when you register.
But again, it is not expected but appreciated if you choose to do so.
Registration is CLOSED at 10 pm EST the night prior to each session.
Please make sure you register on time.
Instructions for joining will be in the confirmation email you receive right after you register. You will receive a reminder email 30 minutes prior to the start of the session. This will make accessing the class easy for you!
All levels are welcome and all you need is a mat.
A yoga block and strap may be useful at times but not required.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
15 min Gentle MOVEMENT
10 min Sun Salutations
5 min Meditation/Relaxation
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Download the Zoom app on mobile or desktop (free and easy to use)
2. Sign up for your virtual session on the schedule page
3. You’ll receive an email confirmation for your session registration including your Zoom Link to access information.
4. You’ll also get a reminder email 30 minutes prior to the start time.
5. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of class.
6. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when the session begins. Just go at your own pace, in your own space.

Hi, I am “WARRIOR” Jill, the BIG PICKLE here at Chronically Fit Canada, and the host of THE PICKLE JAR PODCAST.

I have over 18 years of professional knowledge in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and yoga instructor. I am also live every day with a rare chronic illness, Addison's Disease and understand the challenges of exercise and illness.
