40 minute 20:20 with Jill is my favourite Zoom workout. It includes 20 minutes of STRENGTH TRAINING, 20 minutes of GENTLE YOGA. An amazing combination for all fitness levels including beginners!

Saturdays at 8:30 am EST

All you need is YOU and a mat. Optional dumbbells and a chair are a bonus if available.

This is a pay-as-you-go class, that can be purchased as a package or is included in my ULTIMATE WARRIOR MEMBERSHIP (BEST VALUE)

You will also receive a reminder email 30 minutes before the start of the session time.

I will be there 10 minutes early waiting for you if you have any questions or you can always reach out to me. All levels are welcome.

Registration CLOSES 1 HOUR before each session.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

20 minutes total body workout designed to burn calories and build strength all in one. Circuit style workout designed around functional exercises in short intervals. Simply go at your own pace, in your own space.

20 minutes of GENTLE YOGA to stretch & relax the body and quiet the mind.


HOW IT WORKS:

1. Download the Zoom app on mobile or desktop (free and easy to use)

2. Sign up for your virtual session on the schedule page

3. You’ll receive an email confirming your registration with all details including your Zoom Link to access the session.

4. You’ll also get a reminder email 30 minutes before the start time.

5. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of the session.

6. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins. Go at your own pace, in your own space.


* Due to music regulations I am not able to play music during our sessions so please feel free to have your favourite playlist ready for your workout.


** In the event that I need to cancel a class (which is rare and I do my best to prevent). Pre-registrants will get an email notification.

ABOUT WARRIOR JILL

Hi, I am “WARRIOR” Jill, the BIG PICKLE here at Chronically Fit Canada, and the host of THE PICKLE JAR PODCAST.

My mission is to create a virtual community to help others achieve their fitness and wellbeing goals. I have over 18 years of professional knowledge in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and yoga instructor. I am also live every day with a rare chronic illness, Addison's Disease and understand the challenges of exercise and illness.

My motto is simply, PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION. All my virtual sessions are about creating a positive, welcoming experience for all fitness levels. The key is success is consistency.
