Backyard Yoga with Jill (FREE SESSION)

Jill is excited to be able to provide YOGA in her backyard. Private setting for us to gather to experience the benefit of movement through a gentle yoga practice for our physical and mental health.

Jill will guide you through a 45 min session with 10 min of mindfulness to finish off the session.

No experience is necessary. All you need is a yoga mat.

You can arrive 10 minutes prior to the session. Access to the backyard will be through the SIDE GATE.

This is a FREE SESSION.

Sunday June 9th at 8 am

In the event of inclement weather, we will meet at the HAGERSVILLE LIONS PARK pavilion.
