
Jill is excited to be able to provide YOGA in her backyard. Private setting for us to gather to experience the benefit of movement through a gentle yoga practice for our physical and mental health.
Jill will guide you through a 45 min session with 10 min of mindfulness to finish off the session.
No experience is necessary. All you need is a yoga mat.
You can arrive 10 minutes prior to the session. Access to the backyard will be through the SIDE GATE.
This is a FREE SESSION.
